Delivery Of Goods

2 Little Princesses use a combination of Express Post and Couriers service to get our products to you quickly and safely.

• Please allow 2 to 5 working days for you items to be delivered.
• If you are needing your items in a hurry please contact us and we will be very happy to discuss alternate delivery.
• We do deliver to Brisbane hospitals: (For all other states please Contact us.)
• We ask that you check that the recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made.
• If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that we deliver to her home. Please address the parcel to the Mother as it will not reach the correct person if addressed to the baby.
• Please ensure to provide us with the mother's full name, room number, and ward and level (if applicable).

Faulty Goods

• All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery  to arrange replacement or refund.  
• For all other delivery inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
