Faulty Goods
We take the upmost care when packaging your items.All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange replacement or refund.
Refunds or exchange are given within 14 days of purchase provided the item is in its original sealed, undamaged packaging, unworn, unused and with all tags and parts intact. The refund, credit or exchange will be to the value of the item, not including original delivery charges. Return delivery and postage costs of exchanged items are the customer's responsibility.
